Sure the title sounds intriguing (hey, it roped me in) but this clunker just does not deliver the laughs. Troma (the Toxic Avenger people) made this piece of garbage to be a camp classic but the jokes are lame and the premise seems more awkward than funny.
The plot of Surf Nazis Must Die (as far as I can tell) involves an elderly woman chasing after some Nazis that control the beaches of California after the beach thugs kill her son. The Nazis surf all the time and in the post apocalypse, I guess surfing is some sort of way of controlling the populace. Um... Yeah. It really is that stupid folks.
When deliberately trying to be camp the results usually fall short, and this is certainly the case here with Surf Nazis Must Die. Looking for a dumb movie that is so bad its good? Check out the underrated Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers, not this dull pretender to the camp classic throne. Next!
